Correspondence & Telephone

This directory serves as the primary resource for our e-mail, telephone, and published office hours. Correspondence and calls are handled by the Binary & Bus, Sys. office.

Operating Hours: Phone calls and e-mails are answered on Saturday & Sunday between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM GMT. Messages received outside this window are queued and answered at the next available window.

Active Client Exception: If you are a client with whom we are actively engaged on a project, e-mail restrictions do not apply. Your correspondence is treated as a priority and e-mails will be answered outside of standard office hours as needed, although phone restrictions do still apply.

System E-mail Directory:

• sysop@bbsys.net: System operations, infrastructure, hosting inquiries, and general correspondence.
• daemon@bbsys.net: Automated system background processes, error reporting, and mail delivery bounces.
• hostmaster@bbsys.net: DNS zone administration, domain management, and network infrastructure inquiries.
• postmaster@bbsys.net: E-mail server administration, mail delivery issues, and SMTP troubleshooting.
• root@bbsys.net: System-level alerts, administrative notifications, and superuser notices.
• terminal@bbsys.net: Console gateway access, remote terminal execution, and serial interface routing.
